SHIPPING POLICY
At The Canine Menu Europe BV, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring a hassle free delivery experience, should anything go wrong please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@thecaninemenu.nl
SHIPPING METHOD
We charge € 6.95 EUR for shipments in The Netherlands, € 9,95 EUR for shipments to Belgium and Germany and € 13,95 EUR to France. Terms and conditions for delivery remain as per chosen courier standard terms and they reserve the right to open and inspect the shipment at their sole discretion.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
- We aim to process all orders that are in stock within 2 working days upon order receipt and confirmation.
- We aim for shipments to arrive within 3-5 working days of your order.
- Shipments are also processed and shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship at weekends or national holidays.
- All products that are out of stock will be shipped within approximately 3 weeks upon order receipt and confirmation.
- We will inform you of any delays or unavailabilities of products if not stated on our website
DAMAGES
The Canine Menu Europe BV is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
